Be prepared to make a difference when disaster strikes! Join the Structural Engineers Association of Southern California (SEAOSC) for this comprehensive training on evaluating building safety following earthquakes and other disasters. Led by Ricardo Roldán, Ph.D., P.E., the program covers damage assessment, building safety evaluations, posting procedures, and practical exercises. Participants will also receive the ATC 20-1 Post-earthquake Safety Evaluation of Buildings field manual.

Licensed architects, engineers, and other qualified professionals may earn their Cal OES SAP Evaluator certification, enabling them to assist communities with post-disaster building safety assessments. The training is also open to others interested in learning about disaster response.

Already SAP certified? Be sure to check your card's expiration date—certification is valid for five years.
