Xenia Projects is a small women-owned and operated architecture firm offering the full-range of design services. We are based in Long Beach (for Southern CA clients) and Oakland (for SF Bay Area Clients). We serve clients all over California on a range of project types, including medical offices, single family residential homes, multigenerational housing, commercial tenant improvements, remodels, historic preservation, and new construction. We enjoy collaborating with our clients to come up with creative solutions to meet their building goals, working within the constraints of each project. We bring the concept of “xenia,” or guest friendship, to every project we work on because we believe that architecture itself can be a catalyst for unexpected connections between people, allowing empathy and understanding to develop that otherwise might not be visible.
