California License Renewal
Continuing Education (CE) on Disability Access Requirements
The California Architects Board requires the completion of five hours of coursework on Disability Access Requirements every two years.
The AIA Long Beach / South Bay has joined forces with AIA California and their partner aecKnowledge to provide online continuing education for design professionals. This allows professionals to pursue educational opportunities at their own pace and according to their own schedule. While state regulations require architects to complete CE credits in accessibility, there are other subjects all members of the industry are interested in as well. Choose from a wide range of topics in design (including the MDC keynote presentations), sustainability, accessibility, marketing and business development, practice management, project delivery, and small firm practice – each one professionally developed and delivered by industry leaders. Courses may be purchased individually or bundle them to receive the greatest discount.
