Studio One Eleven is dedicated to the revitalization and enhancement of urban areas through an integrated practice of architecture, landscape, and urban design. The Studio is focused on mixed-use infill, hospitality, urban revitalization, planning, and community projects that create vibrant communities while remaining rooted in the principles of smart growth and long-term sustainability. Located in Downtown Los Angeles and Long Beach, our studio deeply understands the needs of the Southern California coastal communities and focuses on the thoughtful design of incremental and implementable interventions that favor re-use and community supported improvements.
