Chris Lombardi

Chris has homebuilding in his blood. His father worked in the industry for over 50 years, and his great grandfather was a master carpenter and mason before emigrating to this country from Italy in the early 1900’s.

After graduating from UCLA with honors in 1995, Chris began his building career in Northern California with one of the largest homebuilders in the state. He was tutored by a superintendent who supervised the construction of over 10,000 homes.  He learned all aspects of construction management, scheduling, and most importantly how to maintain quality throughout the process from foundation to finish.

In 1999, Chris moved to Hermosa Beach and founded Lombardi Construction. He combined his extensive large-scale project management skills with the meticulous attention to detail required to build fine custom homes.  Since its inception, Lombardi Construction has crafted over 60 homes in the Beach Cities.
