An in-person conversation with Alison Clay-Duboff, Bryn Stroyke, and Brook Billings who will share critical insights in the custom residential real estate market, their experiences with local cities, and how architects and real estate agents can collaborate to help each other to thrive in the give and take dog eat dog market of Los Angeles, as well as the building process to get projects done in a timely fashion without cutting corners.
Learning Objectives:
- Attendees will gain important information on how they, as architects, can connect with realtors, nurture those relationships, and receive referrals for design work.
- Attendees will learn the common objections to purchasing a home and how architects can help the client in their decision making.
- Attendees will learn how architects can assist realtors in determining potential construction projects and assessing their feasibility.
- Attendees will be presented with valuable advice on where the real estate market is heading, including artificial intelligence, social media, and marketing.
