Members of the Board of Directors participated in three sessions over a 4-month period, looking back at the chapter’s successes, finding areas to improve upon, and looking forward to the future with our stakeholders in mind. The 2023 – 2028 Strategic Plan reflects the vision and mission that is at the core of the Long Beach / South Bay chapter of the AIA.
