Stephanie Osorio, AIA – Director

Stephanie Osorio, AIA
Stephanie Osorio, AIA

Stephanie Osorio is the owner and principal of Osorio Architecture and a licensed architect with 20 years of experience in California. She brings a broad range of expertise across the building industry, managing projects from affordable housing and multi-million-dollar commercial developments to custom residential design. Her true passion lies in creating homes that respond thoughtfully to the way people live.

Her professional experience includes work with several respected firms, including RDC and Jeannette Architects in Long Beach, and Pyatok Architects and Gelfand Partners in the Bay Area. A graduate of the University of Oregon, where she earned her Master of Architecture in 2006, and Temple University, where she received her Bachelor of Arts in Art History in 2002, Stephanie is both a LEED Accredited Professional and a Safety Assessment Program (SAP) Evaluator through California’s Office of Emergency Services.

An active member of the American Institute of Architects and the American Association of University Women (AAUW), Stephanie believes architects have a responsibility to serve their communities. She volunteers with the AAUW Tech Trek program, teaching young girls about architecture, and has worked with Habitat for Humanity and AIA Pasadena Foothill to support fire recovery efforts for families in Altadena and Pacific Palisades.

She lives in Long Beach, California, with her husband, Kyle, and their daughter, Cora.
