The goal of expanding the conversation and dialogue around infrastructure, and underused space is commendable. The project recognizes the need for freeway infrastructure but is a well-executed and rendered proposition beyond the status quo. The design breaks down our current understanding of reality and what it could be. The jury appreciates putting the project out there for its ideas, possibilities and ways in which it could inspire others.
