An exceptionally great time was had by all at the 2023 Holiday Party (+Annual Meeting) held on December 7, 2023, at the offices of rdc. / Studio One Eleven in Long Beach. The 2023 President, Bryan Winters, AIA, reported out on the year’s activities, membership, finances, programs, and sponsors. The 2024 President, Carlos Hernandez, AIA, said a few words about his goals for the coming year.

Special member recognitions were conducted, including a presentation by the 2024 AIA California Vice President, Carina Mills, AIA, to Frank Bostrom, AIA, recognizing his work with the AIA California on their Zero Net Carbon Design work this past year. Both Carina and Frank are past presidents of the AIA LBSB and Frank also served as the AIA California President in 2013.
Carina performed the official installation of the 2024 Board of Directors.
